Kassidy

Hello! My name is Kassidy, and I am the office and virtual assistant at Pacific Wellness. I help clients begin their healing journeys with ease, and I’m always happy to answer any questions or address any concerns you may have. I support patients at both our Pacific Beach and Rancho Bernardo offices, though you can find me in person at the Rancho Bernardo location on Tuesdays and Thursdays.

In addition to my role here, I am a graduate student at National University working toward my Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy. I’m a firm believer in holistic mental health care—treatment that considers the whole person and integrates all aspects of wellness. My passion, both in my studies and in my work, is driven by a deep desire to help families heal, grow, and reconnect during and after times of challenge.

I recently got engaged to my partner, Paul, of three years, and we are overjoyed to begin this new chapter together . In my free time, I enjoy baking, traveling, writing, playing video games, hiking, reading, singing, and playing instruments.
