Founded in San Diego in 2015, we believe in living a life full of joy, gratitude, and good health. These feelings inform and guide our core teachings, treatments, services and practices at Pacific Wellness, as we focus on helping clients improve their level of health and fitness. We offer a variety of services to help all of our clients achieve vitality through healthier bodies and minds.

DR. ELIZABETH FARRELL
CHIROPRACTOR
Dr. Liz is a 2006 graduate of Palmer Chiropractic College West, San Jose California, and offers over 12 years of experience as a practicing Board Certified Chiropractor. Dr. Farrell’s overall experience began at age 5 when she first began receiving holistic chiropractic treatment from her now mentor. By the age of 12 Dr. Farrell decided her career path and by age 15 was employed as a Chiropractic Assistant, further exposing her to and strengthening her desire to assist people in improving their well-being. As a student in chiropractic college, Dr. Farrell further broadened her experience by participating in the Clinic Abroad Program and by providing voluntary chiropractic care to the communities and orphanages of Brazil.

Dr. Farrell’s treatment philosophy is to identify faulty alignment and associated dysfunctional movement patterns, allowing an assessment of the complete picture. Through this process, the best treatment plan is determined to assist the patient in meeting his/her goals. She will then use manual, hands-on chiropractic treatment to assist in the correction of the alignment of the affected area to improve the patients’ condition or improve their pain.

Dr. Liz continues to advance her knowledge in rehabilitative exercises and is passionate about helping her patients. Her personal interests in sports and wellness transfer over to how she approaches and cares for her patients. She is an avid runner completing over 17 half marathons, 3 full marathons, and 5 182 mile relay runs. In addition to running Dr. Liz has a steady practice in Yoga and Pilates as well as hiking and enjoying the beach with her husband and son.

KRISTIN WHITE
MASSAGE THERAPIST AND WELLNESS COACH
Kristin is our Massage Therapist and Spa wellness expert . She has helped professional athletes (NBA, PGA, NFL, ...) with successful recoveries, she has worked in the most luxurious resorts and has been trusted by some of our most influential public figures, actors and politicians. Kristin has trained under the most qualified teachers in her field and develops highly sought after massage workshops and trainings. Kristin combines a high level of professionalism with a passion and love for helping her clients.
Kristin graduated from Alta Massage College in Hermosa Beach in May 2005. Alta Massage College certified her in Swedish, Deep tissue, Shiatsu, Thai, Hot stone, Chair, Reflexology, and Prenatal massage techniques. Since then she has lived and worked in beautiful high-end spas in Manhattan Beach Ca, on Catalina Island Ca, on Oahu Hi, and San Diego Ca. While on Oahu she furthered her education at Hawaii Healing Arts College in the traditional Hawaiian massage (Lomi Lomi levels 1 & 2), Aromatherapy, and Clinical Massage for lower back, hips, head, shoulders, and neck. Since she has been back in California she has earned her AS in Nutrition at Mesa College and become a Spa Wellness Coach through ASTECC.
Traveling the world is a huge inspiration for Kristin. When she was 19 she first left the country with her grandmother to Europe. There she discovered she wanted to become a massage therapist. Now she travels the world visiting bath houses and spas worldwide to further her knowledge of the healing powers of hydrotherapy, salts, algae, muds, cuisine, breathwork, massage, and more.
SARAH MAITLAND
MASSAGE THERAPIST AND ESTHETICIAN
Sarah is an experienced esthetician and massage therapist and brings the best of those both worlds to Pacific Wellness. She is a successful entrepreneur and launched the Good.Good.Juice brand with her partner out of a strong desire to support her community with healthy juices and meals.

In 2008, Sarah graduated form Palomar Institute of Cosmetology after completing 700 hours. She exercised her knowledge of microdermabrasion, micro-current, Gua Sha lifting, and speed waxing at a Forbes Five Star, AAA Five Diamond resort in Rancho Santa Fe. She only uses the finest products such as ISun, Natura Bisse, Amala, and Earth Matters. In 2012, Sarah completed 1100 hours from the International Professional School of Bodywork (IPSB) while deepening her knowledge of Tui Na Chinese medical massage, Shiatsu, Gua Sha, Reflexology, Table Thai, and eastern nutrition. She also developed her skills in circulatory, deep tissue, prenatal, hot stone, and Lomi Lomi massage techniques. IPSB also taught her the importance of hydrotherapy and aromatherapy. Good.Good.Juice was born in 2020 to support her community with organic, fresh, made-to-order cold pressed juices, jams, popsicles, and hummus, as well as healthy goal driven meal prep.

Sarah leverages her wide range of skills and knowledge to provide a holistic and therapeutic experience for her clients at Pacific Wellness. She understands that every person has unique challenges and desires, and she prides herself in being able to hone into the needs of each individual. Sarah is also a mom, and uses her professional and personal experiences to support women dealing with emotional or physical challenges during pregnancy.

DR. KARLEY McCLOSKEY
CHIROPRACTOR
Dr. Karley is originally from Lafayette, Louisiana. She went on to attend the University of Houston and was a pole vaulter on the track & field team. Having been an athlete all of her life, the study of movement and the treatment of her own various sports injuries sparked her interest in the field of chiropractic. After graduating from the University of Houston with a Bachelors of Science in Kinesiology/ Exercise Science, she obtained her Doctorate of Chiropractic degree from Texas Chiropractic College where she graduated valedictorian of her class in 2017. She worked as a chiropractor and soft tissue mobilization specialist in Houston, TX for two years before relocating with her family to San Diego.
Dr. McCloskey is passionate about uncovering the root cause of musculoskeletal injuries and putting her patients on the best path to the complete resolution of symptoms. This is done through evidence based functional movement assessments, hands on manual therapy, chiropractic joint manipulation, and rehabilitative/ corrective exercises. Dr. Karley is committed to educating her patients on the most efficient ways to resolve their injuries and keeping them healthy and moving for all of life’s big moments.

DR. ERIN HALLAHAN, DC
CHIROPRACTOR
Dr. Erin Hallahan is originally from Calgary, Canada. She is a graduate of the University of Victoria where she earned a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce. After starting her career in the oil and gas sector she decided to pursue a career in Chiropractic.
Erin spent years as a competitive Irish dancer and rugby player. She experienced her fair share of injuries and had been in the care of various manual therapists. Having benefitted from Chiropractic first hand, Dr. Erin pursued her Doctorate of Chiropractic at Palmer College of Chiropractic West in San Jose, California. She graduated in 2021 magna cum laude and was awarded the Presidential Scholar Award. She is a member of the Pi Tau Delta International Chiropractic Society.
Dr. Erin believes in an active, movement-based lifestyle and emphasizes the importance of injury prevention and wellness care. With every patient she strives to uncover the root cause of musculoskeletal injuries and treat the body as whole. Dr. Erin provides individualized treatment approaches that include functional movement assessments, spinal and extremity manipulation, soft tissue therapy, and individually tailored rehabilitative/corrective exercises.
Dr. Erin is passionate about golf. This led her to earn her Level 1 and Medical 2 certifications from the Titleist Performance Institute to better help golfers by evaluating and treating physical limitations affecting their golf swing. Dr. Erin also has certifications in Active Release Techniques (ART), Dynamic Neuromuscular Stabilization (DNS), Selective Functional Movement Assessments (SFMA), Motion Palpation Institute (MPI), and FAKTR (Functional and Kinetic Treatment with Rehab) Systems.
Dr. Erin is an avid traveller and has solo backpacked across 50 countries. She is a certified PADI Scuba Dive Master and a beach lover, which is what ultimately led her to sunny San Diego. If she isn’t in the water or on the beach you can catch her on the golf course perfecting her swing, or on a plane to her next adventure.
