Dr. Hannah’s path to chiropractic began with her own experience of healing. After years of struggling with chronic stomach pain, she was surprised to discover relief through chiropractic care. That experience opened her eyes to the profound relationship between the nervous system, the body, and our innate capacity to heal—and ultimately led her to pursue her Doctorate of Chiropractic.

Through her own journey, Dr. Hannah came to see the body in a different way. She believes there is an innate intelligence within each of us—quiet, constant, and always working toward balance. For her, chiropractic is not about forcing the body to change or simply “fixing” what feels wrong. It is about creating space for the body to return to its natural rhythm and supporting its ability to do what it already knows how to do.

Her approach to care is gentle, hands-on, and deeply individualized. She works with each person’s unique structure, nervous system, and needs, using light touch and focused adjustments to help release tension, support balance, and encourage a greater sense of connection within the body.

Dr. Hannah’s care draws from a variety of techniques, including Bio-Geometric Integration (BGI), Craniosacral Therapy, Diversified, Drop Table, and SLI adjusting. She tailors her approach to each individual, creating a space where people can slow down, listen to their bodies, and feel supported in their own healing journey.

Dr. Hannah earned her Doctorate of Chiropractic from Life Chiropractic College West. She is passionate about caring for individuals and families and creating an experience of chiropractic that feels gentle, grounded, and personal.

Continuing Care in Rancho Bernardo & Pacific Beach

Dr. Hannah now independently operates Kindred Coast Chiropractic in Rancho Bernardo, where she continues to provide individualized chiropractic care for her Rancho Bernardo community within the same setting you have grown to love.

She also continues to see patients at Pacific Wellness Chiropractic in Pacific Beach, allowing her existing Pacific Beach patients to continue their care with her at Pacific Wellness, using the same contact information. .
